Good company and great service. Customer support staff is very cooperative. Also their pricing is highly competitive.

Epik used to stand out as a registrar that accepted high risk customers and offer them their services despite heavy attempts to force Epik into dropping them. Epik has since been acquired by Epik LLC and now no longer seems to operate in that manner rendering their only USP invalid. You're better off getting your domain anywhere else for a lower price and more additional features.

They took other domains refused by other registrars;domains globalists are trying to silence.. If you value free speech use these guys and be sure to tell them that is why your a customer.

Charges in USD, dropped one domain then they tried to sell it back to me for triple the price.

The transfer process was quick and simple (20 domains in less than 30 minutes). Good security with double authentication factor. I understand that there may be people upset with this company for allowing free speech, and logically certain topics annoy me according to my beliefs and ideology, but my idea of the internet and the world has always been of a place where if something is illegal it must be decided by a judge and not harassment of a company or its users.

They seemed to have changed their registration / login pages. Couldn't login with our registered email and password. Password reset was not even working on their website. Contacted their support and showed them proof of domain purchase, Paypal receipts, etc and it was all useless. Fast forward a few months and our domain is up for sale on some marketplace by someone. Would not deal with them again.

You must try best registrar of 2020. Even if your domains are not at epik , just try to add your domains to its control panel then get the benefits at zero free

Laughable that some people in these reviews are saying they have "good security". Their entire main database was recently leaked and their databases contain tons of information that they shouldn't even be keeping. Not to mention their commitment to platforming conspiracy theorists and hateful nutjobs. If you're one of their unwitting customers, transfer your domains out of Epik ASAP!

I placed a renewal order before 10 days and the payment was done through Paypal. But still the domains are not renewed. When I contact their support, they are always responding that the renewal order is pending in their system, but they don't know when the domains will be renewed. They are having some technical issues, but they don't know when they will be able to fix that. The worst domain registrar I ever found.
